Default python slip on pipes?

I am looking at purchasing a pair of slip on pipesfrom the classified forum. Anyone have a set of Python slip ons attached to a Road King? How do they sound? I had Thunderheaders and they were way beyond loud for me. I am looking for a deep tone not a loud noise. Thanks

I had them, not to loud. But you can only be the judge of what sound is right for you.

I like the Vance and Hines slip ons. Theygive a deep sound, butdon`t aren`t super loud.
Also the baffles are removable, when they are outtheyreally roar!

Love mine. I have the exact ones that are for sale on my 08 Roadglide. Buy them, you'll be very pleased...

I like mine a lot. Not too loud nor too quiet. And have had zero problems.

I am picking a set from Eastern Performance today.A buddy of mine have them on this bike. when was looking at this bike to buy and fired it up it was the sound that sold the bike to him. They sound nice not too agressive.

Greg- Shoot me a PM if you are thinking about selling your Thunderheaders. I currently have Python slip-ons on my RKC but would like to have a louder set available.
