You're right. Using the sites logo, without askin' anyone, probably wasn't a very good idea.
Was just tryin' to get people interested...and show howeasily ashirtcould be personalized.
I really dig the idea of individualized group shirts.
Didn't mean to step on any toes, sorry. UnlessI get a green light, it won't happen again.
I'd be happy to help though...hordes of ideas...
Enjoy

We've talked about this before and I don't have a problem with it at all. I already have HDF Logos made up so that's not a problem. All shirts and other stuff bearing the HDF name have to be approved by Admin prior to production but that should not be a problem either. The problem is the start up cost. Take 100 shirts X Approx $10.00 each and you can see where it's going. We would have to take orders and money prior to production and then mail them out once they are made. You have to find someone you trust to run the whole operation. We've had this backfire on us at least one time in the past. I'll help anyway I can if you want to run your ideas by me in pm's.

Terry

I have used cafepress.com in the past. the advantage there is there is no inventory or startup costs. People can order any of the products that you make available. You set the price of the item above the cost so you can determine if there will be any profit for the items. I know there are probably other versions of this service, but I have been using them for years and the quality and shipping times are fair.

I have no affiliation with the company, just been using the service for sometime now.

Just my $0.02

Phredd's idea sounds good. Maybe one of the site sponsors might work out a deal.

I'd be happy to take the lead on this and setup some items on Cafepress. I just need the go ahead from the admins to do so. Also need a copy of the logo in a nice hi-res format.

I sent an pm to Terry. I will see what he says. If there is anyone else that I should contact from HDForums, please let me know.

I want to do this to contribute to such a great site that has helped me out tremondously in such a short amount of time.
