Just 'cause they give you a ticket doesn't mean you're guilty. \\; the DA has to prove that the vehicle is operating illegally. \\; \\; \\; how many vehicles operate less than 70db?
If you read the Federal laws, the test procedures are alot more scientific then walking around with a Radio Shack dB measuring device. \\; I think they would be hard pressed to make the measurements accurately.

Actually local laws supercede federal laws all the time. \\; This works in both directions. \\; You can be prescribed pot in California, but it is still a federal offense. \\; You legally have the right to bare arms in the constitution, but good luck carring a firearm in NYC.
