Default Engine temperatures

What is the normal running temperature for the touring bikes? The heat is really on in Virginia 100 plus today. I am thinking 220-240 degrees???

220 to 240 is defiently in the normal range.&nbsp\\; Could run hotter in extreme heat.

running fan on mine and its only functional when stopped or very slow traffic
that is what we get a lot of here in Tidewater VA. all kinds of stupid stuff happening on the roads
daily traffic jam's and tie ups
to me the fan's positive asset well worth the money
