Yes, the pipes are fine without the SERT or remapping.

BUT! You put that air intake on and you're prob getting too much air. You canot change the air cleaner without remapping!

They look cool, but they also change things and have a function. Put the stock air cleaner back on and you'll prob be ok.

Good luck!

The fuel pack does what the downloads do, so yes, it should work.

If I were you and you really want to keep that air filter, then I would just go ahead and get the stage 1. You're 2/3rds the way there already and you'll get increased performance.

DON'T waiste your $$$$ on a Dealer Stage 1 Download - They are still required to adjust your '08 to meet EPA STANDARDS and that means they will be adjusting it LEAN....
Put your $$$ on a FUEL-MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (V&amp\\;\\\\\\;H FuelPak - SERT - PCIII or ??)

Agree on the d/l - finish out the Stage I conversion w/the management system!

I agree with the above but the smoke and "bad smell" is a concern.&nbsp\\; Running an engine lean means too little fuel/too much air.&nbsp\\; That causes high temps in the combustion chamber that could lead to a burnt valve or piston.&nbsp\\; Light blue smoke is oil, black smoke is too much fuel.&nbsp\\; Have the dealer do a leak down test to check your valve train.

I think its&nbsp\\; your automatic transmission&nbsp\\; leaking&nbsp\\;fluid into your intake! Lol

SoCal is right!!

BUT!

Stage 1 won't affect warranty issues.

Just sayin'
