I had just got the security for my RG, I installed it and now the bike wount start. It would start but died right after, just 2 times then wount do anything all all. I had the fob all over the place to see if it would work, and allso checked the battery.
I ended taking it out,, now my check eng light will come on for a few sic,s after starting but will go off,, ok what has to be done to get this system working right??? does the dealer have to do something to the computer??????? \\;

The dealer has to program the FOB. Also, when I installed my cruise control, there was note in the instructions advising that the dealer had to activate the cruise. Give them a call, the dealer may also have to activate your security system. \\;
