let them hang(one at a time) and wiggle your fingers, gets the blood flowing. Try to grip a little lighter when riding and they won't get as sore.

Try not to grip too tight, relax a little. As mentioned shake them out once in awhile. I also found that going to a larger size grip helps although I didn't have the same problem you have, my problem was that my thumb and index finger would start going numb.

Try switching to Kuryakyn Iso-Grips with the throttle boss.&nbsp\\; That will give you a larger diameter grip and the throttle is a place to rest the heel of your hand.&nbsp\\; They also do a good job of absorbing vibration that tranmits through the bars.&nbsp\\; Installation is an easy do-it-yourself.

Quit gripping the bars so tight.
Change out the JUNK OEM grips for ISO Grips.
Change out the Handlebars to fit your riding style better.
Always wear gel pack gloves

The above suggestions will work. On other bikes you find that you can push them around through corners and such. You can’t do that on the larger heaver bikes. Practice your driving skills and try to relax more. &nbsp\\;
