Anybody with the rush 1.75 slipons with custom baffles have there baffles come loose. I can hear a rattle inside my right muffler. All my mounting brackets are good and tight. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem. Ive only had this set for 2 months on my 2007 EGC I purchased from fuel motto.
I have the Rush Custom tuned pipes. Have had mine since mid May and and no problems what so ever. Maybe I will take a closer look at mine tomorrow for checks. Love the sound!
I agree I love the sound of mine. Great sound. I just found it odd that all of a sudden I hear the baffle rattling then it will go away, then come back. Off and on. They have the welded bar on the end so there is no way I can see to remove the baffle \\;to check. The screw holding it is tight as well. \\;
There should be a screw holding that bar. Take the screw out, pull the bar out and the baffle will come out. If they're new, the baffle should come out pretty easily. You may want to just pull that baffle and check it for any kind of damage. Also, you may want to give Jamie at Fuel Moto a call and get his opinion. I've had mine on for a few months now with no problems. Good luck with it.

It might hive something to do with the rear muffler mount instead of the muffler internals. Loosen the muffler and wiggle it around to make sure there is no undue tension, then re-tighten it.
That bar inside the end of the baffle is how you remove it. It is what you grab to pull it out. Plus, it probably serves the dual purpose of adding sufficient backpressure and providing baton-blocking.
Bought my Rush 2.0s sound-unheard because they were all the dealer had in stock at my 1000 mile service. Have since heard all others you mentioned and cannot be happier with what I have. Not too loud, not too quiet, well, maybe just a little at times, but perfect combination of frequencies nonetheless. A very sweet sound on the stock pipes.
