On the fence about the ABS option...

I know it will keep the brakes from locking up on panic stops but I need to hear if you thinks its worth the $800 extra.....

Worth 10K the price if you ever really needed it.
&nbsp\\;
Worth twice the price as it is.
&nbsp\\;
I had to do a painic stop to save my *** without it, and the front tire locked up and the handle bars jerked left and
I pulled all the mustles in my right shoulder......cost me more more than that on Dr bills and meds, and I saved it and did
not wreck.
&nbsp\\;
I suggest you dang well better get it !

Definitely worth the money. I would not refuse a bike for the lack of ABS, but would not buy a bike without it if it was an option! Get the ABS. The first time it keeps you upright in an "oh sh**" situation, you will be glad you did.

Even the most experienced riders can get into trouble in a panic stop, it is very easy to do a high side fall if the rear wheel locks. 99% of the time you won't need it, but the time you do, it just may prevent a serious accident.
