Hi Brad, you are absolutely right. You posted your response while I was typing mine and I had completely forgotten about the Vrods being included in the ABS available lineup.
Ive wanted it ever since the 08s came out. Pissed me off big time after just buying a new 07.
Well, the 09s pushed me over the edge. Between the 08 and 09, just too many improvements to resist. But the ABS is the thing that triggered it, the rest is icing on the cake.
Unless something really drastic changes my mind, I will never own another bike without it.
