Went to Lowe's and bought a pack of 2...5/16 black plastic hole plugs.
Total cost $1.04
Stuck them in the holes were the mirrors are suppose to be on the controls.
I have fairing mount mirrors on my SG.
Now there a Mod anyone can handle...without a service manual......LOL!!!
Did the same thing and it DOES look good. Beats the hell out of the holes!! Although I did put a small dob of clear silicone on each one to keep them from vibrating out.
Thats funny. I did the same thing but for the holes in my fairing...after removing the fairing mounted mirrors. I put new mirrors on the handlebars. Now I can see!
Can you imagine what harley would charge for the plug if you purchased from the dealer. They would call them Screamin Eagle performance plugs and charge about $20.00+30min shop time
