Well I cant find out where to change the time to my local central time zone. Any body know why the times are all messed up.

Click on User CP in the left of the tool bar. Then go down to edit options on the left of the screen then scroll down to where the time zone can be changed

Go to Quick links at the top then Users control Panel. Select option from the left hand side and scroll down to the second to last box and you can adjust your time settings.
