I came back from lunch, pulled to the back of the building to park on the small sidewalk as usual. This time only got the front on the walk, so gave it a little goose to put the back wheel up. The front was slightly turned and..... dropped it on the right side. My first instinct was to upright it, but got over that quick. let it on down, put out my kickstand and did What I call the "Bagger lift" (ride like a pro). just goes to show me not to ever get too comfortable with things like that. Attention to details! Gravity is always working.
Glad you're alright. That's the real issue. Sometimes when we have crap like that happen we try to overpower it, blow out a knee or ankle. Yea, I know.....
I sometimes worry about our planet just suddenly losing it's gravity. I want to be indoors somewhere when that happens. Someplace with a good concrete and steel foundation so I don't float away out in to space.
I hope it's a big grocery store so I'll have something to eat while I wait to see what pans out.
Gravity, yeah it sucks sometimes and I know I curse it now and then, but in my heart I hope it never leaves me hanging.
I had a weak moment several years ago and bought a Gold wing. Making a slow u-turn, people everywhere, and I break the cardinal rule and hit the front brake. And down she went. Several people came and help me and with my tail between my legs I road off.
