I have a sundowner seat on my dyna superglide. Can i take this sundowner off the dyna and put it on the roadking, or do I need a different sundowner for the roadking? Also what about passenger floorboards? Can I take these off the dyna and put on the roadking?
I don't know about the seat from your Dyna, but I put a solo Sundowner seat on my Custom. It is a seat made for the standard RK and it said it would not fit the Custom. I bought it anyway and had to purchase the separate docking hardware for that seat. It fit just fine and no problems with it at all after a few thousand miles. The pegs? Its probably just a question of the bolts/screw threads matching the holes.
I put a mustang solo on my custom that was meant for a classic. I just had to bend the seat spoon a little. I bent the steel tab on the fron of the seat down so that the seat would go fwd enough for the rear tabs to slip onto the seat studs. nice fit now.

Thanks for your help.
UUMMM take it off and try it, if it fit's it works. Yes it really is that easy to see if it fit's.
