Anyone heard of this sounds like bull$hit - but I could be wrong...

I tired an insert that went into the throat of the carb on one of my bikes one time. It was a device that was supposed to change the air flow and better atomize the air/fuel mixture for better performance. Should have saved the 25.00 for something that really worked.

I read all their info. I tried to see their Dyno charts, but they are not available yet.
Laminar flow technology has been around for years. The technology works and is used by all manufaacturers in design and developement of engine fuel technology.
