Default Light help

I want to install a pair of driving lights that I bought at a autozone. They have 55 watt bulbs. I have a 06 RoadKing. I wanted to know if i can buy the opposite end of my auxilary plug and and wire them up that way and use the existing aux switch. Or do I need a relay, and if I do what does that wiring setup look like. Thanks for any help.

Go here: www.easternbeaver.com, and get yourself an aux light wiring harness. Makes light installation a breeze, especially if you are electrically challenged like I am. If you plan on adding any more electrical accessories in the future, you may want to add an aux fuse block too.
