Default Engine Upgrades

Converting back to a 96 stock from a SE 110 and an older SE103, I find that I would like some more power. I've got an 08 Street Glide with Rineharts and Dynojet, KandN, but wanting more. Seeking opinions, I've heard of Jims, Head Quarters, Zippers, and Kendal Johnson is about 6 hours from me. What is anyone or is anyone upgrading these 96er's?

Upgrading your heads is the biggest bang for your buck and adding cams will make your motor come alive!

Kevin from Head-Quarters lives in Metro Atlanta and Stone Mountain HD became a stocking dealer for HQ recently. They've done HQ 98", 107", and 120" builds in the last few weeks with Kevin supervising the assembly and tuning. Give him a call; stop by Stone Mtn. HD; or, both.

How about a stock 96 2008 SG I added SE211s, SERT, Stage 1 Air Cleaner, Bassani Power Curve, CFR Slip ons/baffled at the pipe. 93HP/107TQ This combo adding a super sucker I am confident would see 100/+107. And it will save you a ton of cash. Many have bought lots more parts and inches either wish they had this result, or have roughly this result give or take and are lighter in the wallet. Leverage the top end you already bought! A 96 has some snot in it!

Donnylee, what did you use for baffles in your CFR's? I installed a set of Krome Werks HP Performance Plus II's in mine at the the end of the headpipes, the baffles extending into the mufflers..
Just curious what others have done...
