Question Bike Barn setup

For anyone who has a Bike Barn; Does the CI tube go to the inside of the A frame formed by the L and I tubes? It looks that way on the diagram, but I'm not sure. I've completed the frame and wanted to make sure before I start putting the cover on. Also, I didn't see any specs for tightening, so I guess just go by what lets it open and close but still be snug.
Any help wouild be appreciated.

I had mine few years ago. I dont remember the exact way to go together but it is a very good cover. That said, the cross over plate on the base that you put your front wheel on needs one or two self tapping screws to hold it in place on each side. Screw the base to the out side base tube that the plate goes over. Keeps the cover from moving around.

Gunner, yes it does. I tighten mine too the point where the ends would almost deform and the back off. The Barn I have is the 'trike' size....works great, but watch the antennas when you close it.
