ATGATT for me - I'm still a new rider (around a month and 500 miles), so I'll take every advantage I can get.

Modular full face helmet.

Most of the time I will wear a 1/2 Carbon Kevlar on the way to work and back ( expressway riding ). If I have my daughter with me then we both wear a helmet ( 1/2 for me 3/4 for her ). And if it gets cold enough I will put on my full face modular. But other then that I prefer the feeling without one.

Cool

I wear one reguardless. 1/2 in summer, 3/4 or full when its cold. But that's just me. But I believe that it should be a choice not a law.

While I didn't used to because CO doesn't require wearing one, I now (as a result of 04/25/08) wear a 3/4 for the majority of my riding and when the crappy weather hits, I put on my modular full-face.

My 3/4 is an HJC and my Modular Full-Face is a Shoei Multi-Tec (most comfortable helmet I've ever worn).

I hate wearing a helmet. That being said, I always wear one. I have a responsibility to my children. I don't want them to have a turnip for a father. Once the kids are grown up, the lid comes off.
