My 07 exhaust has a standard oxygen sensor thread of 18x1.5mm. Also the same as the old fat spark plugs as found on knuckleheads/flatheads. I bought the plugs at DIYAutoTune.com. Some people have found plugs at their local auto parts store, but I couldn't find any.

Does your new computer not use the oxygen sensor? I'd want one that will go into closed loop at least for cruising.

There should have been plastic plugs for the ends of the O2 sensor wires that came with your PC V. After installing the plugs I just zip tied the ends to something stationary in case I ever wanted to install auto tune.

the pcv uses o2 eliminators. i am wanting to remove the o2 sensors since they are not going to be used with the pcv. Jamie at fuel moto says it is ok to leave them in and tie the pig tail out of the way..or i could remove them.

I had to use a crows foot to get mine out on a 09 Ultra. Vance and Hines has a nice looking set of plugs to replace the sensors, they are in Dennis Kirk for $16.99 part number is 44-03276

Easy 1 here. It is 7/8" I have the 2:1 and when I need to swap out the rear sensor, I have to use a stubby 7/8" open end. Other than that, an automotive 02 socket is the ticket.

went to Orileys auto parts and got the socket for 6.99 and the plugs to cap off the holes.......

used the 18mm x 1.5 universal oil plug for $2 each
don't use the gasket. (LOL it's rubber) just mount it flush with some antiseeze.

works great

Thanks for the excellent tip. I have the V&H Big Radius 2-1 arriving Monday and just realized that I didn't order the required O2 plugs. Did you use any Loktite, or just anti-seize compound. That's a machine thread, not pipe - correct?

Got my 18mm plugs at NAPA & luckily had the exhaust off at the time so removal & installation was much easier. I also used HT silicone vs. anti-sieze, but either works fine. Like it better not having extra wires hanging around (cleaner look).
