Default FLTR Fairing Mounted Mirrors?

Not sure HOW this could even be done, but I REALLY like the clean look of the FLHX's mirrors... There HAS to be a way!

Any ideas?

How about adding lowers, moving speakers to lowers and then putting mirrors where speakers were.

Good call. However. I'm 6'5", and lowers just aren't feasible for me...

6' 3 1/2" here, 36" inseam/size 13 boots and lowers on my FLTR - drop your seat down/get one cut back 2", no more issues"

Just a suggestion, unless you gots big ole' gun boats to contend with.

I think the angles would be all wrong. You'd just see your own reflection. The stock setup was bad enough!

I switched to HD "Split Vision" mirrors because i got tired of seeing my own shoulders in my mirrors. Now with the new ones, the main mirror is still more or less worthless but the smaller outboard convex mirrors are gread and allow me to see peripherally and well behind me too. I tried HD 2" mirror extensions but they allowed the mirrors to hit the windshield (lock to lock) and looked like he-ll besides... I recommend the Split Vision mirrors and realize that is "off course" from the original post.

Im 6'3" and wear 56 long jacket. I installed the Khrome Werks +2 bars using HDs longer stemmed mirrors and now can see behind me. Going with taller bars my arms and elbows dont block the view of the mirrors as much
