Default fairing mirrors

I am wanting to take off my fairing mirrors on my street glide & using the holes for tweeters for my new audio system. My question is what kind of stem mirrors work good?

I tried some fancy ones which were way too small, then found the Custom Chrome 600555 mirrors, they are big enough to give a good view but not too big to be ugly. I have the regular ones, not the ones with "a-hole" saying on them.

Or maybe do your fellow riders a favor and buy some good earbuds. Problem solved.

Try the factory mirrors of an Ultra, they work good.

Whatever floats your boat but make sure the stem is long enough to get past you so you can see behind and to the sides of your torso. That is especially true if you are using stock bars.

I use PM ovals mounted under the 14" burly apes. Tucked out of the way and offers great visibility.

I have never understood how external speakers on a motorcycle were much good. Earbuds or helmet mounted speakers are going to be much better. I stream tunes from my iPhone to my Sina 20 S and it works really well. Plus, I don't annoy other drivers or riders.

Stock mirrors should work unless you have really wide shoulders. Go to a Dealer and sit on a ultra.

Some people like listening to music out of speakers vs earbuds, it's just one of those personal choice kind of things. I went with apes and regular HD mirrors on my bike.
