Default new paint

As soon as Western KY gets back on their feet and I'm able to PC all my parts I'll be reassembling the bike. I'm wondering how I put the wheel, calipers, and fender back on without scratching my freshly painted fender or my freshly PC'd fork legs. When I pulled the front end off I wasn't worried about anything so I leaned on the fender with my caliper to get it clear of the wheel, rotor, and fender.

Any tips??

Thanks,

BM

I have seen guys use anything from news paper taped on the fenders to old tee shirts. I like the tee shirts & use tape to hold them in place myself. Just go slow. You can also use painters tape for the parts on the bike.
