I then cut the mini plug off of the cable and the RCA'S and soldered the mini plug in place of the RCA's
I then took the stereo out and soldered a female mini jack with extension cable to the board where the back of the AUX input jack is soldered to the circuit board. There is a thread on the CVO website on the radio mod

For the mount, install the Harley GPS mount and then drill the holes that are threaded for the gps out to a suitable size for the Ram mount screws. Then install the Ram mount for the ITOUCH directly to the harley mount, the holes are the correct spacing. As for the radio mod go o this link and it gives very detailed instuctions http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=10044.0

You are not gonna find one that goes from the data port to the 3.5mm jack on the head unit and charges. It can't happen. There is no power coming from a 3.5 jack.
I hooked it to the extra wires at the headlamp
Thanks to all the info here i gave up on mounting my nano and now i want to make mp3 cd's but don't know how. Itunes will not let me make them from my cd file and it says you have to make them from mp3 files. I don't have any and don't know how to make any. I went on line looking for info but never found any that worked. Do any of you guys know how this can be done.
