No problems with Zanotti's so I'll stick with them. I called Lake Shore (once) was told up front that if I didnt have part numbers ready to go, they don't have time for me. OK, I can live with that.
Zanottis is 20% off, delivers real quick and even ordered custom painted parts for me without charging a deposit up front. (And I'm an email customer, granted several time existing repeat customer, but that's darn nice!)
I ordered from Chicago HD and they are slow, but then again it's 20% off. I just ordered from Lakeshore HD for the first time today. Looking foward to seeing what their shipping times are like.
www.surdyke.com is another 20% off dealer also. If you need it asap try local shop, but if you order stuff and are not in a rush all the 20% off sites are good to work with.
When you pay 7% Sales tax "in State", it's definitely worth it to shop Internet. Besides, you can get 20% off at the same time. Shipping charges are less expensive then Sales Tax and Zanottis gets parts to me faster (even with shipping) then my experiences with the local Dealer. Zanottis orders lots of parts and gets them in quickly. I think the local Stealer jerks aff for a week or so before even ordering them.
I just checked prices on 2 items I bought from Zanotti's. Prices where cheaper by 15 to 20 % at Zanotti's Handlebar was 119 at Chicago HD & 119 at Zanotti HD
