ordered a few things (floorboard covers, brake trim, shifter pegs)from zanotti's hd on the 20th and got them today even with shipping I saved close to 40 bucks over dealer retail. good cust. service and prompt shipping.just had to share.
I ordered an entire CB setup from them for my FLHX, and they did not have the parts in stock. To my surprise all parts arrived at my house in Florida within 8 business days of my original order. That was totally unexpected for out of stock parts, as it takes my local dealer 15 days to get anything from Special Order.
Yeah i always get p/ns from my local dealer then order from zanotti, they get pissed but hey i tell them match their prices and i'll buy them as well tell all of my riding buds to buy.
I also have had good dealings with Zanotti. Never been able to get through to them on the phone but email communication has been fine. My savings with them have always amounted to a little more than 20% over catalog listed prices.
