Its here.......
After a 2 month wait, my bike is ready to go. minus a seat- ordered a pillow look thinking it would give me a little more reach to the ground. upon installing at dealers, it was horrible.
to wide at least 1'' higher and looked awfull on the bike.guess i will have to try a sundowner or reach seat next. picking the bike up tomorrow, a little nervous since dealer is in the heart of the city, so i guess i have to put up with stop and go traffic. Would have rather got used to the weight first around local. but am fed up with waiting.the jackpots with the large baffle sound real nice. not to loud but very deep.have had it lowered back and front with the HD kit so i can flatfoot, but would still feel more confident with a lower seat. anyway heres a pic from phone so not good quality..hope i make it home tomorrow in one piece.

I put the pillow look on my SG and after sending it to Mean City Cycles to have it lowered, moved forward a tad, memory foam added and narrowed at the nose, it's close to perfect.
It's all in the eyes of the beholder......plus comfort is more important then looks when you get to be over 50.....

Congrats on the new scoot. If you are not comfortable riding your new scoot in traffic, simply hang around the dealership a while until traffic dies down, then ride it home. Don't want to take chances with heavy traffic unless you are comfortable you can handle it. It's understandable if you need some time on the bike in less traffic before riding it in heafvy traffic.
