I just added a pc-v from fuelmoto to my 08 RKC.So i would say PC-v.Smaller and easier than the pcIII to my understanding.

+1 on Rick's advice. The PCV installs easily on the '08s and seems to be a more advanced product than the PCIII. I may stand corrected, but DynoJet does not directly support the PCV on anything but the '09s, but FuelMoto's "Retro" fit makes it seamless on the '08s. Highly recommended!

If you buy the PC-V from FuelMoto they will directly support it no matter what year they sell it for! They have the most awesome customer service, good product selection and will make you happy you purchased from them!

If your bike is carbureted I would get a PC III if fuel injected PCV.

Not to steal your thunder but the question was asked for a 2008 SG! Only EFI there!

Just sayin!

PCV is half the size, is a lil more advanced and has the option of hooking up the "AutoTune" module which makes adjustments and trims your tables to meet your desired AFR's. Call FuelMoto and talk to Jamie or Kieth, I'm sure they'd be glad to educate/inform you of the pro's/cons of each unit.

The man also lists an 88 Soft Tail Custom, which is carburated. So let me put it this way, if it goes on the 08 SG use the PCV, if on the 88 soft tail custom use a PC III.

A pcIII or pcV is for fuel injection not carbs.

Definitely buy the PCV. It is smaller, has more features, and can be upgraded to Auto-Tune in the future if desired. Also, a map switch can be installed without the $150 multifunction hub that's required for the PCIII.
