I think they are listed somewhere in my shop manual which I purchased at the same time I bought my machine. I haven't removed the wrapping from the book yet so I can't help you. Sorry!
Someone is sure to come along and help you out.

You have a 2003 and I have a 2007, but her is what the good book says...

Rear Pully Bolts...55-65 ft-lbs
Rear Rotor Bolts...30-45 ft-lbs
Front Rotor Bolts...16-24 ft-lbs

I would double check, but this should get you close.....

Many bolts on Harleys are to be only torqued once. Some are torqued then loosened and then re-torqued. Always refer to your service manual for the correct information.

Di Simone...how's about you lighten up on Wild bill? There's a bunch of folks on this forum...myself included...who believe that if you're gonna wrench on a bike, get the manual first. Personally, I resent like hell when I've gone out and make the investment in a manual, some guy who's too lazy or too cheap to spend fifty or sixty bucks on the manual, and coming on this forum and expecting that someone is gonna give up the answer! Yeah, he's probably gonna get it cuz many folks are oh so helpful.

Now then...there are situations where a guy has ordered one and it hasn't come in, or he's away from his manual, but generally an OP will 'splain that up front.

No need to get on somebody's face or call him names.
