I haven't heard the MO's, and from what people say they sound perfect for a dresser with a radio. Possibly exactly what I am looking for in a muff...

BUT!

I just can't get used to how they look. Too big, and they stick out the back too far. They remind me of some type of industrial size vacuum nozzle. Porta Potty cleaner maybe?! Or maybe the "Hush Thursh" mufflers I had on my '70 Cougar Eliminator.

My neighbor has these on a Road King custom and they are very quiet and very big. Another friend of mine works as a mechanic at a local Harley Dealership. He told me that unless you are running a high compression engine such as a Screamin' Eagle 103" or 110" don't go with anything over 2" diameter for optimum performance. I use to have 2" D&D slip ons that worked very well and of all mufflers I have heard, they sounded the best and dyno'd pretty good for just slip ons. I just wanted something louder so I switched to the Big Radius with Thunder Monster Baffles, which (to me) is the perfect set up for sound and power. Deep and loud. They are amazing and I wouldn't put anything else on my bike if someone paid me to.

So you're saying I need to upgrade to a 103, I'll let the CFO know.

Sounds about right. Jamie tells me that the Jackpots are 2db over stock, so the MO's might be just the ticket.

Negative, not saying you have to. He just told me that you will lose performance if you go with too big of a pipe on a stock motor. This all stemmed from when I first bought my bike. I told him that I wanted Rhinehart TD's and he talked me out if it when he informed me of all this. He actually talked me into smaller diameter pipes that were a fraction of the cost of Rhineharts. Yeah, go figure at a Harley Davidson Stealership. Since when do that ask you to spend less money? This guy is a well respected mechanic around the Houston, TX area so I took his word for it. I do think if you ride an Electra with a stereo, loud pipes are probably not the way to go. It all depends on what you want. Everyone has different tastes and opinions. I'm speaking more in reference to performance not so much as sound volume.

Spoken like a true hater, once you step up to a bike with a radio you will never go back.

Love my Monster Ovals also, they are setup with SE AC and V&H True Duals with Jet Hot Coating with PC3 and Dyno tuned by a local Indy.
