After adding Hog Tunes Tweeter I lost the use of windshield bags, with their removal I now have scratches left on the windshield tried to take em out, with meguires plastic scratch removal and polish! no good!! So I decided to replace the windshield and the HD wants $125 I bought a replacement on E Bay cost me $55 with shipping. The mfg says its made out of Polycarbonate and Its better than others that are made of Acrylic, and are dangerous shatter easily. The MOCO's windshield is I believe Lexan ?
Has anyone tried the Polycarbonate windhields are they safe? whats their scratch resistance? I just didnt feel like spending $125 even with a discount $100 whats the deal? Thanks BV
