Default HD brake light/turn signal conversion kit

Looking for a HD part # for this kit, that comes with the red BULLET-style turn signal lenses. Converts the signals into running/brake lights. 91698-02?

And I thought that you were all done buying stuff [sm=bustedsign.gif]

You might look at spending the extra coin and do the Kuryakyn Penaca system. It really does work very nice.

Got this for my 06 FLHTCI but it has flat lenses. Converts rear directionals to running/brake/directional lights. May have to buy your bullet lenses separately. HD# 69461-06.

Just bought this for my '06 Road Glide. H-D # 69462-06. Instructions say it's for a 2002-2003 Sportsters, 2002 - Later Dynas, and Softtails with bullet style signals. Fit the Road Glide with no problems and everything's working. 3-5 minutes to hook up and another 2 minutes to install the Kuryakyn red lens deep dish bezel covers.

I had the Panacea on my FXD w/ turn signals and loved it. Just didn't want to drop over $200 for the Panacea again. $75 (module and kuryakyn covers) and I got a little more light in the rear.

I just stopped at the dealer and checked. They used part #69462-06 on my Street Glide. $49.95

I love it. As I told bountyhunter in a PM. It really brightens up the back e bike! I'm gonna be SEEN dammit!

It converts the directionals to run/turn/brake ..... and it comes with the red lens for the bullet style.

I put them on the Road King, I really like them so far. Last weekend the riders behind me could always see me and told me they are now getting them for thiers. Really makes a different and in all fairness and honesty worth the $50 bucks and easy to install.

BH,

You have to buy the lenses seperate from the kit. On the SG the brake and turn signals are too close together, they are not DOT approaved to have red signals for that reason. I did this to mine, they are very bright and offer a lot more visibility.

FWIW.............

Its like night and day comparing the HD unit to the Kuryakyn Panacea system. Its more money but you know the old saying...................

Check it out before you purchase

The kit comes with 2 red lens, 4 zip ties, and the module. I had the Kuryakyn deep dish bezels on the bike already so I ordered a set with red lens for the rear instead of the standard lens.
