Default Air Wing Rack light question

I have the new air wing rack/ light on my Ultra. Today I was on a ride and all my friends had trouble seeing the light while following me. After looking at it I have decided to add some sort of spacers between the light and rack to lower the light away from the rack to make it more visible. Any thoughts ???? Be Safe JIM

PS The two OEM foam spacers were installed.

The led's are not as high intensity as one might imagine given the price tag.....moving them may not help much.

Daytime does not seem to be as bright as one would hope, seems to be at Cager level, my wife following me says it is noticable. I also converted my side lights and Tourpak lights to turn and Brake lights with RideTime modules. I added the Airwing light just to have the extra light and pull it all together.
