Turbo???
For the record, I never said I would beat you. I only said it would be closer than you think and I stick by that.
My dyno sheet and build is in the Dyno for baggers thread. Page 113 I think. The only thing I have on the bike that is not listed on that post is an Evo 30 tooth sprocket. That's all I meant by stating "you assume too much".
So our bikes weight roughly the same, are geared the same, and make similar over all power. You have 11 more hp than me. I have 12 more ft lb tq than you. As you can see in my dyno chart, I'm making tq very early and hp rises moderately, but steadily. The forced induction dynos I have seen in the past make peak numbers higher in the rpm range. That's the only reason I think I would be able to hang with you for the majority of a 1/4 mile run. I could be completely wrong and would have no problem getting my *** handed to you. In fact, I'd probably shake your hand and get you drunk.
That's it for me. I was just tryin to bench race a little with you. Not trying to ruffle anyones feathers. Now go beat up on some more sport bikes. They all deserve it. LOL

Edit to add: I've got about $2900 total in my build, including the dyno session. If you're not double that for the ProCharger, you're very close.

You guys are taking this way to seriously. I have no idea what kind of Zuk 750 you raced or for how long you raced it, so I dont' know what to think about that. Obviously anytime a HD beats a 750 4 cylinder metric that HD is making some power. I don't doubt that for a minute.

All B.S. aside my ProCharger installed and tuned I have only $4800 in it.The beauty of it all is when I get tired of this bike I'll pull it off and put it on the next one.Everybody is so hung up on this forum with HeadQuarters this and HeadQuarters that.Bigger is not always better.I'm telling you these Pro-Chargers and Turbos are the way to go.With abuilt motor you have the constant high compression and big cams beating on your lower end which in time fails.Unless you build that also ,which most people neglect to do.Where a ProCharger is only hard on the lower end when it's boosting ,which only when your getting into it.Dont get me wrong the lower ends will fail eventually also.Just My 2 cents. Each to there own.
