Turbo???
The nice thing about a Turbo or Pro-Charger is when the day comes that you want to get rid of your bike you just unbolt it and either adapt it to the next bike or sell it .I recently ProCharged my '07 EG {123hp/108 tq } and I love it.The cost of this ProCharger was no where near the cost of a 120ci by the way.
Just sayin'
Zach
Like I said,if you were to trade or sell your bike tommorrow your 103 kit goes with the bike.My ProCharger goes with me.Set your bike side by side with mine nobody notices your 103 kit, everybody notices a ProCharger.I doubt very much that I have double in my ProCharger compared to your 103 HQ kit.
totally agree -- for the output of cash you could easily purchase an extremely well built 120ci for maybe a little more cash you get get a G-2 motorsports S&S 126 good for 150/150 with a warranty that could be ridden across the country--no replacement for displacement =dog155;5251568]For years I looked into all the power adders, and the bottom line for me was more cubic inches. The reason,by the time you beef up the bottom end,for the way the bike could get used, then the price of the huffer,Bingo! Big inch motors are in that range. It was the best thing for me.My machines are sleepers with lots of cubic inches.Good Luck
You could not be more wrong. The thing about turbos and superchargers is the motor thinks its stock or very mild until you call on it. A hot built motor is a hot built motor all the time. Not as depenable, bad gas milage and the list goes on. Power adders like turbos and prochargers are the future of making big power with bikes.

I agree with you 100% I just installed stock SE roadglide 110inch made with procharger system 137hp 133 tq. FuelMoto and my shop just tuned.
I have to watch what I say hereI am not a sponsor....

That was also a big consideration for me.To get at pushrods for valve adjustment would be a pain.It is up to the owner. The naked V-Twin for me is a beautiful sight to behold. All my motors are totally exposed except for S&S air cleaner.Good Luck,FYI,My S&S 124" complete, unassembled, was a tad over $5k.

Your point about people noticing a ProCharger over a normally aspirated motor is one of the reasons I don't like turbos and blowers. I like a sleeper look. People never notice the motor in my bike unless they happen to spot the compression releases. Even when it fires up, it's not a head turner. Now if I happen to nail it within earshot or eye sight of people, believe me it gets noticed.
I wish we lived near each other. I would really like to race a bike like yours. I think it would be a lot closer than most think. You'd probably get me on the big end, but I have a feeling I would get the jump on you.
Take care -

Just a different way to approach it is all. The fact that the engine goes with the bike is irrelevant to me, because I generally don't do the same thing twice. One of my main motivations for getting rid of this bike would be to do something totally different.

I promise you the race would be over right from the start, for my bike is not blown but it is geared also.About a month ago I ran up against a Suzuki 750 crotch rocket and took him by a bike and a half.If your ever in the area look me up and we can line em' up. As T-Man would say "This Conversation is Over!"
