Default cd blues

I have an 03 ultra. The cd stop ejecting. I am in southern california. What are some options for getting this fixed. I hate to admit it, but I miss the cd. Can I get this fixed locally or I heard something about a place back east that I think manufactures them. Help please.

your going to need a new radio. my 03 rodeglide did the same thing twice and i had to dig out the cd. lift the cd door and peer inside. useing a very thin pair of needle nose plyers grab the cd and pull it out. that way you'll be able to listen to the radio. good luck

You could try this procedure for removing a stuck software update CD: Ride for 20 minutes with the door open. You should confirm the procedure at Hog Tunes website - I think that is where I got it. I think they also recommend pulling the Maxi fuse for a period of time.

Not saying it is likely to work but as a last effort it won't cost you anything & might work.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will try and let you know what happens. just wondering if I have to mail it to sound designs or if a local stereo shop is authorized to work on it. I think I saw on the sound designs web site that it was $175 to fix. I am ok with that but by the time I get it mailed and get it back, it is a little long for me to wait.
