I too have wondered about what the beneifts would be to use this?? I can see you can make a few changes up and down for throtle sensitivity and what not.

I don't think you need to worry about this feature unless you have a highly modified engine.

Agree. Every tuner I've talked to including Jamie at Fuelmoto say not to use it.

I sure would like to hear more about this. Could be why my gas mileage sucks.

Yes, it could be. Some people had issues with early 07 models with the PC. Some enabled the accelerator pump to help resolve the issue. I believe Dynojet had firmware upgrade to fix the problem. I have an early 07 and didn't have the issue. I don't think it was wide spread. If you got your PC from Jamie, give him a call.

I've tinkered with the accelerator pump feature, and i have to say i dont' really notice much difference either way. at that point i just disabled it figuring if i don't notice the difference, then what is the use of having it?

I did get it from Jamie and I asked that the accelerator pump be enabled, so I assume that it is. I just got it at the end of last year right before the PC V was adapted to work on the 07's, so I'm sure it is an updated model. Guess I'll hook it up to the laptop and make sure and turn it off if it is and try it.

it may be enabled but depending on the settings, might not be "operating". You have to set the throttle sensitivity that activates it, as well as the added fuel delivered, and the duration of that addition.

I do have the Rev X-tend enabled on mine. I've bounced off the redline more than a few times when stock, but not since the rev x-tend has been enabled.

I've been running it or about a year now.. seems to provide a bit of snap when you twist the throttle... not a huge difference but noticeable. I have not seen any change in mpg with it enabled vs disabled.
