Yeah, I know this sounds like a really lame question but I'm askin' it anyway What do you folks use to clean the heads of chrome bolts and fasteners? I'm talking about getting down in to the area where you insert the end of the allen wrench or torq wrench? I use chrome polish on q-tips and rags but I am never really satisfied with the results. It seems there has to be an easier way. Anyone have a better method?
Thats not a lame question. It's a good one. One of the phillips head bolts on the tank of my Road King had started to rust down where the screwdriver goes. I replaced it with an acorn bolt.
