Default Phat Performance.

Has anyone bought stuff from Phat Performance? It looks like they have pretty reasonable prices. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I've purchased from them. Good experience for me, I got a good price and good communications. I would buy from them again if they had the best price.

I am actually dealing with them right now. On August 6th I ordered a Danny Gray seat from them. The next day I received an email saying that it was out of stock and asking what I wanted to do. They said that it would take 2-3 weeks so I asked about other seats and they had nothing I was interested in stock so I decided to wait for the Danny Gray. I haven't gotten any word so I called them back today, almost 5 weeks later. They called Danny Gray and say that they should have it within the week, so i won't get it for another week at least.

So, I'm torn with them. I think that the website should've said that it was not in stock. But, their actual customer service is pretty good. They answer correspondence quickly and when i called today, they called Danny Gray right away and called me back.

I'd probably use them again but I'd probably call instead of ordering online.

No problems here. I ordered a couple of sets of brake pads from them and received them pretty quickly and they had the best price too.

Good to hear feedback like this. I am going to call them in the morning and see if they have some slip on mufflers in stock. Thanks for the replies.

ive ordered many parts from them in the past... for my (now gone) 2003 Yamaha Warrior. never any problems- and always seemed to receive a discount. usually 10-20% if a certain amount is spent.

on one particular order- i received a pair of Kuryakyn chrome levers. when i received the shipment, one of the levers chrome was bubbled. i sent an email and received a replacement set within a few days... and they told me to keep the blems.

so yes- i would recommend them.
