i have an 07 ultra and would like to have the passing lites on with the high beam and off with low beam, anyone know how to do this?

 

There's several posts that contain the factory wiring diagram and the wiring modification diagram to make them come on with the high beams. If you want them to go off with the low beams you would need to modify the wiring scheme from that one that is posted and just wire the power feed directly into the high beam circuit.

If you have,I do,a headlight modulator that works when the high beam is on --- how does the passing lamps work out with that wiring mode ?
Do the passing lamps stay on "steady" ? Any problems ?
