i got the new HD kit...turn sigs are brighter than the brake IMO...but since i have an SG, it has the lites on the bottom of the fender and its all good
Has anyone tried replacement LED's in the turn signasl? I am curious if there is a more noticable difference in brightness between running and brake mode.
I am running the Kuryakyn Panacea blue dot Tail light with the LED turn signals front and back. The difference in brightness is very noticeable. It's an expensive setup but I think it is well worth it to be seen better.
I took that module off tonite, its just plain dangerous. My buddy and I have the same kit and we both agree when were behind each other the turn signal lights are too brite, looks like you have the brakes on. I can't believe HD stopped making the old module that worked so well and was extremely visible for this peace of crap that was obviously not even field tested properly. Oh well hopefully I'll get my money back or they find me the old style module somewhere.
Couldn't agree more , took mine off and went back to the old style Stop/turn only.
The MOCO dropped the ball once again , the unfortunate part is someone is going to put this thing on
and get themselves run over ......this should be recalled ![sm=badidea.gif]
Just installed the tailbones unit for run/brake/turn could not be happier with this unit. The HD new version is terrible
and just a waist of your money...IMHO
