Rush slip-ons or Screamin Eagle slip-ons . I have a 09 ultra classic and would like a little more sound than the stock mufflers. What should I get ?

Of those two I would say Rush. Just my opinion.

or get the 4" HD proformance mufflers and have the stock baffles removed and cycleshack installed, sound great, not too loud but there.

Have Rush 2" slip-ons on 07 EG Classic. Just the right amount of sound for me.

I have a set of Jackpot Dyno Tuned with the quiet baffle on the way. The baffle has an insert that can be left in the baffle for a dB level slightly higher than stock or removed in a about a minute for a little more sound. They should be here Tuesday and when I get them on, I post my thoughts.

The old style screamin' eagle slip ons are still being made by Supertrapp. They're called Supertrapp SE's (naturally). These are the slip ons that did so well in Hot Bikes muffler test a couple of years ago. They are available for the '09 model year bikes. I have them on my bike, and really like them. Sound is similar to Rineharts, but not quite as loud. Fairly quiet at cruise, but will bark when you twist the throttle.

The new screamin' eagle mufflers are really nothing like the older ones.
