'07 RK dying at idle
'07 RK, stage I with Rinehart S/O's, BS, and SERT, 17k miles. It's been dyno tuned twice, once when the original stage I was done and then recently when I was trying to fix this problem.
The engine light is not coming on so the dealer says there are no codes to read.
It ONLY happens after I've been on a trip for 1.5 hours. Then it may start by idleing high for a bit then say when I come to a redlight and have to pull in the clutch and apply both brakes it will go down to zero idle. Once I crank it back up it idles so low that I have to rev it to keep it running.
Stopped on the road the first time it happened and the service manager at a HD dealer said I was running too lean at idle so I had it retuned and richened up.
If and when I park the bike for an hour or so it will go back to running right.
Does anyone have any insight to this problem?
Thanks

Also sounds like an ongoing problem.

I took it to the dealership when it started stalling on me when idling. At the time, I did not have the foggiest idea what was causing the problem. I got the impression from the service technicians that they had seen this occur before with the intake manifold seal.
