Red face 2010 flhx

So I will be purchasing a 2010 FLHX this spring and was quoted $23k with alarm and cruise control (no ABS) for the one they had. I think this is a little high and should be able to get it with ABS for this price. This will be my first bike and I want to get it right.I rode my dad's 08 SG in sturgis and fell in love with it. Any pointers? Does this price sound about right, or am i getting ripped off?

That would be a way high OTD price, even with ABS. I would be looking for a different dealer.

That's about what I paid in 08, but I did get some other stuff. I would think if you shopped around,in light of the economic climate, you could get a better deal, make them throw a service contract in.

sounds like you want abs and I'm not undermining your riding skills, but the abs may come in handy. don't settle for just anything, but get what you want. good luck and let us know what you find. hopefully with pictures!

i paid almost 24 for my 2010 SG, but it came with ABS, chromed forks, chromed controls and buttons, chromed brake cylinder and different hand controls, and i also had them add on a removeable back rest for the wife. I think your deal is a little off.

That's too high. Too many dealers out there that will sell at msrp. I wouldn't pay over msrp at all.

DOUBLE DANG that is HIGH! I bought the EXACT same bike with the same options 2 months ago and paid $19,500.00 OTD, bike, tax, tags and 1st Service.
