Shock Swap ???
I have a 2009 Street Glide ,, I have a friend that has a 2009 CVO Ultra
He tells me if we swap rear Shocks it will raise mine about one inch and lower his about one inch... If this is true WILL we have to do anything else to make this work???

I just did this this afternoon. I got some take off Ultra shocks at my dealer and put them on my Street Glide. It was late and cold and I only took a 20 minute ride, but I think I am going to like it. It was a pretty smooth road, so it was hard to tell how much better the ride is going to be.
Very simple switch.
The air hoses just pull out, once you push in (and hold) the red connectors.
Jack up the bike where the wheel is just barely touching the ground, two bolts on each shock.
Use blue lock tight on the bolts when you put them back on.
Oh yeah, take the saddlebags off first.
