Just curious here, I have rinehart true duals on my ultra and was wondering if I wanted to replace the mufflers with a different brand can it be done, I think I saw a post earlier where someone had done this bit cant find it.
Also would I need to get a new map for me power commander ?

 

RUSH carries cans that will fit the TD header pipes. No experience with them, but there are some here that have done the swap. Can't remember his name on here at the moment.

The RUSH's offer different size baffles for different levels of sound. Their website have sound clip samples for the different baffles.

 

Thanks for the info ham, I believe it was another member that hade rush pipes on his rineharts. I just cant remember what thread it was .

 

If you decide to get rid of the TD's all together, I have a brother-in-law that would relieve you of them.

 

No problem. You're going to be looking for the 2hs series from RUSH to fit the 2" pipe. That's what RUSH told me. I was thinking of doing the same, but prolly gonna keep the Rineharts.
