Default Elite 3 radials on wire spoked wheels ???

My 2000 FLHT has factory wire spoked wheels. In the small manuel it says no radials on spoked rims. On the front tire currently on the bike it says Dunlop D 402 F MT 90 B 16 m/c 72 H TUBELESS ON TUBE TYPE RIM FIT TUBE what does all this mean?? and can I use Elite 3 s or not. Thanks

Dunlop makes the E3 in a radial. Very limited sizes.
