Replacing Cam Chain Tensioners, Need tools
I just posted in another thread. I am doing upgrades also. to replace EVERYTHING but the cams and chains, I'm out around $1K and even buying some of the specialty tools. I already have the puller.
I went ahead and got new pushrods, lifters, oil pump, etc
I will go back and read again about what bearings suggested.

ya i didnt wanna drop 150 on a tool ill wont use much. Super tight on money too. I just got the inner cam tensioner in by putting a 10” adj wrench on the bent part of the spring and a box end wrench i used at the front hooks of the cam tensioner, used like mini cheater pipe n was super easy to take the spring tension off and put the tensioner on the post and in the hole. If anyone doesn’t want to wait on the tool in the mail. Or spend the money for something that only takes 10 seconds with tools you have already. Thanks again man
