Hey all, I am looking into fitting the Monkey Bagger Bars on my 2009 FLHX. Any input would be appreciated, especially pictures and coments on stock fairing mount mirror view. Thanks.
Thanks Rerb95 for the suggestion, and I've been down that road. I really did'nt find much input on the view with faing mount mirrors, so maybe some members here will see the post and respond. Thanks.
You can order them any size you want, 10-18 inches I believe. Talked to them at EasyRiders show in Columbus yesterday, 6 week wait. So go 13+ and the mirrors are good.
I don't have Yaffe bars, but here is an idea of what 13" bars look like in relation to the mirrors. I can use mine, but the bottom switch housing still restricts the top of the mirror. It doesn't bother me
Just to add to Bennies post, not all manufacturers are measuring their apes the same way. For instance, in many of the pics I have seen oh Yafee 12" bars look higher than the Cyclesmiths 13" bars. I was told the CS measure more like 12-12.5.
I just got my 16" Cyclesmiths on last night. From just setting on the bike, I know I am going to love them!!!
