Default Backrest?

I have a 2010 streetglide and need to put a detachable backrest on for the wife. What type are you guys using? I would like one that hides the mounting hardware the best. thanks

Just running the H-D detachable sissy bar / detachabe tour-pak set up. I don't care that anyone sees my docking points.

I didnt think there was an option. Im not very happy with the new desing of docking points, I wasnt aware the stuck up like they do. I kind of wish now Id taken my time (but mama wanted the sissy bar ASAMFP) and designed my own. I have docking hardware laing around the garage that I could have mounted to where the current docking hardware mounted and then just fabbed my own side plates and made my own damn sissy bar. would have looked much better than whats on there now.

The H-D docking hardware is ugly! It sticks up off the fender at lease an inch or two!Go with the FBI kit! Call Kent or Larry out at FBI 641-774-7499. Here is a pic of a bike with the H-D hardware on the left side and FBI's on the right. I have the FBI on my 2010 SG.

I like the look of that covered piece but I picked up the HD setup 4 docking points so I can add a rack later if I want to. Looks fine to me.

You could go with the 2 dock kit and that would be more hidden.

FBI also has a 4 point for tour packs, etc... the fender strut cover on my bike have nothing to do with the detachable hardware I just added those because I didnt want the chrome struts showing.
